A digital platform specialized in engineering estimation and construction cost calculation, built to turn a complex, fragmented process into one integrated digital system. At its core is a dynamic calculation engine driven by configurable models, equations, and rules per sector and operation type — the user enters their data, calculations run automatically, and organized results appear, ready to save and revisit. EDYS goes beyond calculation to cover a full journey: from account creation and OTP verification, through subscription and payment management, all the way to turning an estimate into a quotation and then into a factory material purchase order.

We built EDYS as an integrated digital system comprising an admin dashboard, a mobile app, and a landing page — all running on one consistent foundation. Designed Mobile-First from the ground up, with full Arabic/English support and a flexible API, it delivers a smooth experience that turns the complex process of engineering estimation into clear, easy steps within the user's reach on any device.
The Smart Solutions We Built
At the platform's core is a dynamic calculation engine driven by configurable models, equations, and rules for each engineering sector and estimation type: input forms and equations are defined once, and the system automatically calculates costs and quantities and presents organized, accurate results, with a full history that saves past estimates for review and reuse. The engine's power lies in its flexibility — new sectors, models, equations, and services can be added without rebuilding the system.
The system goes beyond calculation: it turns estimation results directly into a structured quotation that can be reviewed and customized (items, quantities, prices) before issuing, then automatically extracts the required materials and quantities and prepares a purchase order ready to send to the factory. This connects the entire workflow — from engineering estimation and quantity/cost calculation, to quotation, order approval, material-order preparation, and factory purchasing — reusing estimate data at every stage without re-entry, speeding the cycle and cutting data-transfer errors between stages.
Around these operations sits a complete management system: secure registration with OTP verification and profile/device management, and a full subscription system covering plans, trial periods, and renewal that preserves the remaining duration, with premium-feature control tied to subscription status. We also supported non-electronic payment through a clear cycle — show instructions, upload the receipt, track the request to acceptance or rejection — with instant Firebase Cloud Messaging notifications that keep users informed of their subscription, payments, and requests.
The platform was built on a flexible, integration-ready API and high scalability, making it a complete digital foundation for managing the entire engineering-estimation journey — one that grows with every future need without fundamental change to its architecture.
